Job Responsibilities: (Pastry Dough Section / Hot Kitchen & Deep Fried Section)
Pastry Dough Section
- To assist supervisor in pastry dough making
- To assist supervisor in flattening the dough process
- To shape and mold on the pastry dough
- Perform quality check on the pastry dough to ensure it meet the standard (e.g weight and color)
- Pack and arrange at the tray provided
- Properly wrap and indicate the manufacturing date before store in the freezer
- To assist supervisor on daily stock take for the raw ingredients
Hot Kitchen & Deep Fried Section
- To assist superior in cooking preparation
- To assist cutting and washing raw ingredients
- To handle kitchen appliance/tools with care
- Scope the filling to the bowl provided
- Properly wrap and indicate the manufacturing date before store in the freezer
- To assist superior on cooking and packing for corporate order
- Conduct intensive cleaning daily to ensure the section is clean and free from pest
Requirements:
- Minimum primary education
- Must possess a valid WSQ Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in related food manufacturing or commercial kitchens.
- Preferably Operator/General Worker in Food Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
