Established in 2002, Chilli Api Catering specialises in event catering and is halal certified by Muis. Although Peranakan food is our specialty, our menus also feature fusion and international dishes, providing our clients a wide variety to accommodate the varying tastes and preferences of their guests.

Chilli Padi

Chilli Padi traces its origins to 1997 with the opening of Chili Padi Nonya Restaurant nestled within the sleepy Tiong Bahru residential district. From those modest beginnings, Chilli Padi has grown into a 250-member enterprise with operations spanning events catering, cafeteria management and dine-in restaurants. Today, Chilli Padi is Singapore’s foremost Peranakan cuisine food services company.

Over the years, Chilli Padi has received numerous accolades including the coveted Singapore’s Best Restaurant by Singapore Tatler, Asia Pacific Brands Award and Promising SME500, among others. In particular, the Singapore Tourism Board proudly recommends the international media to Chilli Padi’s cuisine as a fine exemplary of Singapore’s rich food heritage.

In 2011, we initially offered our confinement meals at our restaurant. Encouraged by the positive response and demand for our meals, we expanded our portfolio to cater confinement meal catering service aimed to aid mummies in their postpartum recovery.

Earle’s Swensen

Starting from our mouth-watering appetizers such as Earle’s Signature Sampler Set, which comes with blue mussels, breaded shrimps, crispy chicken and hash browns paired with garlic aioli, to our premium Charbroiled Ribeye Steak and decadent Gelato Sundaes featuring fan-favourite Dark Opera Chocolate, you’ll be left spoiled for choice at Earle Swensen’s!

Fiz Restaurant

Fiz is a tasting menu-only restaurant that opened in June 2023, serving contemporary Southeast Asian cuisine that is purposefully vast in scope and represents food cultures across the region.

This approach is Chef-Owner Hafizzul Hashim’s homage to the beauty of Southeast Asia. He draws from the knowledge of societies, funnelled through a series of menus that convey the warmth and comfort of communal dining.

The result is a contemporary gastronomic experience in a thoughtful space inspired by the architectural features found in places of faith around Southeast Asia.

On June 2024, Fiz is awarded with One Mchelin Green Star.

Seasons Café

The first Season’s Café was launched to an overwhelming success with its quality American western cuisine at affordable prices. It has grown to a mid-size chain with 6 outlets in Johor Bahru. The Café is a natural extension of the bakery, and its baked products are also available in most of our cafés outlets.

Swensen’s came to Singapore in 1979 and won the hearts of many with delicious ice cream sundaes in a warm, unpretentious ambience and a casual atmosphere. From 1979, Tip Top Curry Puff begun in the heartlands of Blk 722 Ang Mo Kio serving our famous handmade curry puffs to its residents. Since then, Tip Top Curry Puff has established itself as an iconic heritage brand renowned for delicious traditional Curry Puffs inspired by local Asian flavours. Our puffs are made with a special blend of 18 spices , premium potatoes and ingredients. Together with our signature pastry skin, you are assured a rich and flavourful experience in every bite.

Yogen Fruz

In 1986, two young brothers opened a retail outlet at the Promenade Mall in Toronto, Canada.  It was a modest effort: a small store with a great design and a strong concept that impressed one of Canada’s largest mall operators who wisely decided to take a chance on a new tenant with no track record. A concept was developed that consumers immediately loved, and a strong following pursued.
