Established in 2002, Chilli Api Catering specialises in event catering and is halal certified by Muis. Although Peranakan food is our specialty, our menus also feature fusion and international dishes, providing our clients a wide variety to accommodate the varying tastes and preferences of their guests.

Chilli Padi traces its origins to 1997 with the opening of Chili Padi Nonya Restaurant nestled within the sleepy Tiong Bahru residential district. From those modest beginnings, Chilli Padi has grown into a 250-member enterprise with operations spanning events catering, cafeteria management and dine-in restaurants. Today, Chilli Padi is Singapore’s foremost Peranakan cuisine food services company.

Over the years, Chilli Padi has received numerous accolades including the coveted Singapore’s Best Restaurant by Singapore Tatler, Asia Pacific Brands Award and Promising SME500, among others. In particular, the Singapore Tourism Board proudly recommends the international media to Chilli Padi’s cuisine as a fine exemplary of Singapore’s rich food heritage.
In 2011, we initially offered our confinement meals at our restaurant. Encouraged by the positive response and demand for our meals, we expanded our portfolio to cater confinement meal catering service aimed to aid mummies in their postpartum recovery.

Fiz is a tasting menu-only restaurant that opened in June 2023, serving contemporary Southeast Asian cuisine that is purposefully vast in scope and represents food cultures across the region.
This approach is Chef-Owner Hafizzul Hashim’s homage to the beauty of Southeast Asia. He draws from the knowledge of societies, funnelled through a series of menus that convey the warmth and comfort of communal dining.
The result is a contemporary gastronomic experience in a thoughtful space inspired by the architectural features found in places of faith around Southeast Asia.
On June 2024, Fiz is awarded with One Mchelin Green Star.
