ABR Holdings Limited (“ABR”) is a Singapore-Headquartered Food & Beverages and Property Investment Organisation listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange. ABR began as the owner and operator of the first full-service Swensen’s ice cream restaurant in Singapore back in 1979. Since then, ABR’s Food Service division has grown to include over 10 F&B brands, operating more than 80 outlets across 3 countries.
In addition to its F&B, ABR is also active in property investments and developments in the region.

Food and Beverage
Revenue for our F&B operations continued to be affected in FY2021 due to virus containment measures in Singapore and Malaysia amidst the new COVID-19 variant infection waves. Cost pressures were further exacerbated by human resource challenges. The prolonged disruption in global supply chains also resulted in higher prices for food ingredients and packaging.
Food Manufacturing
ABR’s food manufacturing is primarily involved in the manufacturing of key products for our retail food services brands and partners.
